Dispute2Go provides credit consulting and advocacy services. Our services include:

- Identification of potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information
- Preparation and submission of dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors
- Education about consumer rights under federal law
- Case management and progress tracking through our client portal

User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all communications and documents
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
- Not misrepresent any information on your credit reports or in dispute letters
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services or systems
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Payment Terms
Payment for our services is governed by the following terms:
- All fees are clearly disclosed before enrollment and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- We offer one-time payment options with no recurring monthly fees
- Payment plans may be available through our financing partners (Affirm, Zip, Afterpay, Klarna)
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services
- Prices are subject to change; however, quoted prices will be honored for enrolled clients
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options
No Guarantee of Results
Dispute2Go does not and cannot guarantee any specific results from our services.
Credit repair results vary significantly based on individual circumstances, including:
- The accuracy and nature of the information on your credit reports
- The responses of credit bureaus and data furnishers to disputes
- The availability of supporting documentation
- The complexity of your individual credit situation
- Changes in credit reporting laws and bureau practices
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), it is illegal for any company to guarantee specific outcomes. Any company that promises guaranteed results or specific credit score increases is violating federal law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Dispute2Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- We are not responsible for actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or other third parties
- We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally before initiating formal proceedings
- Binding Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration
- Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or through our website.
Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
